Items shipped out in 1-3 business days.
Returns: Once your item(s) are delivered, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. After 15 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
- Items should be returned in their original boxes, in new condition, and with the original packing materials.
- Indicate the reason for return on a copy of the packing slip and include it in with the returned items(s) to ensure proper credit to your credit card. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please indicate your order number and the reason for return on a separate piece of paper and include it in with the returned item(s).
- We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
- All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
Credits/Refunds: Your return will be refunded to your credit card upon receipt of your returned item(s). Please keep a copy of your original order or order number until proper credit has been applied to your credit card in the event it is needed for tracing purposes. Once we have processed your returned item(s) and refunded your credit card, we will notify you via e-mail. Please note that all return terms apply to purchases made and shipped within the United States only.

Exchanges: If your shipment includes an incorrect item or an item that is defective or damaged in shipping, you may return it to us within 15 (fifteen) days, we will cover the cost of shipping and replace the item in question.
Please note we can make exchanges only for the exact item you ordered; we cannot exchange one product for another. Need help with a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
